In 2017 Picabeen has been awarded St George Foundation grant funding for the third year in a row. This additional funding allows Picabeen to continue to employ a Community Youth Project (CYP) worker to address local needs of vulnerable young people aged 10-18 years who are at risk of being socially isolated and disengaged. The CYP worker will also work with young people who can benefit from extra encouragement and skills to ensure that foundations are laid for developing strong citizens into the future.
