Older Women's Network (Qld) Inc (OWN) is a network of groups of older women who celebrate the wit and wisdom of their lives. The program promotes discussion and action on healthy ageing, access to information, dealing with loss and change, and much more. OWN meets at Picabeen on the second Wednesday of every month from 10am to 12MD. Membership is $14 per year and $2 per meeting. Parents and young children are welcome to drop in to the Friday playgroup between 10am and midday. Enjoy the pleasant shaded outdoor area and a chat while the children play together. No need to book and it is free.
The Art Class gets together on Friday afternoons between 1-3pm.
